- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, hello@asfancyas.com.au. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
- Non-Refundable Items: Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.

Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
International Returns: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, and custom fees that may be levied upon the package's arrival in the destination country. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the shipment of your order.
Lost or Unclaimed Parcels: Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information to avoid any delivery issues.
As Fancy As will provide a tracking number for all items sent from our online store. If an item is lost during shipping or is unclaimed by the recipient, it is the customer's responsibility to locate the item or arrange for re-delivery. Whilst we will endeavour to assist with Australia Post providing proof of delivery.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM A RETAIL STORE
If you have purchased your product(s) from a retail store, please return the item to the retail store where it was purchased. All returns to the retail store where purchased are subject to the said store's refund policy.
